DETAILED INVENTORY ANALYSIS

After the initial contact, we work to establish communication with the client to figure out their specific needs. Once this has been established, we will schedule a walkthrough of the site. The original walkthrough is the first phase of the job and is crucial to the success of the project.  After the walkthrough, a representative of Asset Solutions assembles an extensive and well-detailed inventory of everything at the site that was established in the scope of work. The representative will count every piece of material, measure every square inch, linear foot, and write down all pertaining information from the equipment (including serial number parts number, etc ).

LIQUIDATION MANAGEMENT

Once the representative has all the needed information, the team working on the project will get together and evaluate all the assets that are part of the agreed scope of work. We will then present our numbers to the client for approval. Once the client has approved the price and we have a signed contract, an Asset Solutions project manager is then assigned to that specific site. The project manager's responsibilities include: facilitating and coordinating the liquidation process, overseeing safety procedures, managing equipment being delivered to the site, coordinating and cataloging all logistics for every and all equipment leaving the site,  as well as being the source of communication.

SCHEDULE COORDINATION

The representative creates an original plan with all working contractors to establish an estimated timeline for when the project will be completed. The timeline is then presented to the client to keep track of the progress. The representative is on the site every day to make sure that the job will go smoothly and in a timely manner. The representative is communicating on a daily basis with the VP Project Manager to ensure the project is on schedule with the forecasted timemline.

PROJECT REPORTING

When the project is finished, the representative is responsible for completing a final walkthrough with the client to sign off on the project conclusion. Asset Solutions will then establish a final report of the completed project.

TO PREVENT ASSETS FROM
REACHING THE LANDFILL

Prior to project initiation, Asset Solutions representatives and its clients collaborate to set specific waste diversion goals. From that point forward, records of all asset disposition, scrap, recycled/re-manufactured goods, and landfill will be maintained. 

Upon request, Asset Solutions can present the client with a comprehensive waste diversion report, complete with a certificate of landfill avoidance percentage.
